Eine Vorschau belegt vorübergehend 5 kostenlose Minuten. Die vollständige Verarbeitung einer 45-minütigen Aufnahme kostet 45 Guthabenminuten und gibt die 5 Vorschauminuten frei.

Der Vorschautext wird genauso lange gespeichert wie ein vollständiges Transkript — 365 Tage. Die Originaldatei wird 7 Tage nach Fertigstellung der Vorschau gespeichert; danach ist für die Fortsetzung ein erneuter Upload nötig. Eine bereits zur Verarbeitung angenommene Fortsetzung behält ihre Originaldatei.

Für andere Aufträge: Originale werden nach der Verarbeitung gelöscht, sofern sie nicht zur Qualitätsprüfung aufbewahrt werden; Dateien, die vor der Verarbeitung auf Zahlung warten, nach 48 Stunden; vollständige Transkripte werden 365 Tage gespeichert.

Bei einer Erstattung werden die gekauften Minuten abgezogen. Bestehende Texte bleiben verfügbar.

1. Service

Voiz (voiz.to) is an audio and video transcription service powered by Google Gemini AI. By using Voiz — via the website or the Telegram bot — you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & Credits

Your account is identified by your email address. Recordings up to 15 minutes are free within a 60-minute rolling 30-day allowance, shared with unpaid five-minute previews. Longer recordings and short recordings exceeding that allowance use credits for their full length. Credits are purchased in packs and are non-refundable once used. Purchased credits do not expire.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By submitting a file, you grant Voiz a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your transcript. We do not use your audio or transcripts to train AI models.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
Use the service to transcribe recordings of individuals without their consent where required by law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe or crypto payment processors). Voiz does not store payment card data. Refunds for unused credit packs are issued in full if requested within 14 days of purchase; see our Refund Policy.

6. Accuracy

Transcription quality depends on audio clarity, language, and background noise. Voiz provides transcripts on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee accuracy. Do not rely on Voiz transcripts for legal, medical, or safety-critical purposes without independent verification.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voiz is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
