1. Service

Voiz (voiz.to) is an audio and video transcription service powered by Google Gemini AI. By using Voiz — via the website or the Telegram bot — you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & Credits

Your account is identified by your email address. Each email receives 60 free minutes every month of transcription. Additional minutes are purchased in packs and are non-refundable once used. Purchased credits do not expire.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. By submitting a file, you grant Voiz a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your transcript. We do not use your audio or transcripts to train AI models.

Uploaded files are deleted within 24 hours of processing.
Transcripts are stored for 365 days, then deleted automatically.
Files for which payment was not completed are deleted within 48 hours.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
Use the service to transcribe recordings of individuals without their consent where required by law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers (LemonSqueezy or crypto payment processors). Voiz does not store payment card data. All sales are final; refunds are issued at our discretion for unused credit packs if requested within 7 days of purchase.

6. Accuracy

Transcription quality depends on audio clarity, language, and background noise. Voiz provides transcripts on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee accuracy. Do not rely on Voiz transcripts for legal, medical, or safety-critical purposes without independent verification.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Voiz is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
